Parenteral Vitamins

Description
It is a twin-ampoule pack of high strength water-soluble vitamins. Vitamin C is present in part 1 ampoule whereas B12, folic acid and niacinamide are present in part 2 ampoule. The contents of both the ampoules must be thoroughly mixed in the syringe before parenteral administration.
Indications
- Postoperative convalescence
- During recovery after critical illness
- B12, Folic acid, niacinamide and C deficiency states associated with liver disorders, tropical sprue, celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease and severe malabsorption syndrome.
- Post -GI tract surgery and intestinal resection.
- Anemia secondary to B12 and folic acid deficiency states.
- Nutritionally deficient pregnant women and lactating mothers

Composition
1.5 ml (Part 1) for IM / IV Drip
Each 1.5 ml ampoule contains:
